​Enrollment Form

  Tutoring will be conducted in one-hour sessions. Your child may be placed in a small group of 1–4 students. Students will only be grouped with others who are approximately the same age and working on the exact same lessons. If a suitable match is not available, your child will receive one-on-one instruction. Tutoring will take place either at the Blue Earth County Library or Taylor Library. If you are registering multiple children, please fill out a form for each child. Summer tutoring begins the week of June 1st and ends the week of August 24th. Thank you!
