At The Wild Robot Book Study, we’ll explore the imaginative journey of Roz, a robot who wakes up alone on a remote island and must learn to survive in the wild. Each week, students will read selected chapters at home, then come together to discuss important themes and take part in creative activities like mapping the island and exploring how Roz connects with the animals around her. As we follow Roz’s transformation from outsider to community member, students will build empathy, strengthen responsibility, grow a love for nature, and develop problem-solving skills. This 6-week study is for ages 10–13 and costs $95. Books can be purchased through Foundations or borrowed/purchased on your own.
